Sessions are typically 50 minutes and conducted online via secure video consultation.

Payment

Payment is usually required within 48 hours of invoicing by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee. Insurance providers typically do not cover late cancellation fees.

Professional boundaries

Contact outside sessions is generally limited to practical matters such as arranging appointments.
