As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience and an MSc in Psychological Approaches to Trauma, I specialise in trauma-informed therapy and sustainable behavioural change. I combine evidence-based approaches such as CBT and trauma-focused therapy with practical strategies drawn from my background in sports science and physical health.

I particularly support professionals and high-functioning individuals who want to understand the underlying patterns keeping them stuck and create real, lasting change — so they can feel more balanced, resilient, and like themselves again.
