I provide confidential, evidence-based psychological therapy for adults experiencing difficulties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout.
With over twenty years of clinical experience working in specialist mental health services, I help people understand the patterns that maintain distress and develop practical strategies that support recovery, resilience and lasting change.
I also work with professionals and frontline staff who are outwardly functioning but struggling internally with chronic stress, burnout, or difficulty maintaining consistent health and wellbeing habits. This work draws on my background in clinical psychology, trauma, sports science and physical health settings.
Therapy is tailored to each individual and informed by evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused psychological therapy and DBT-informed strategies where helpful.
