My approach

I work in a structured, collaborative and evidence-based way.

The focus of therapy is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you understand the patterns that keep difficulties going and develop practical ways of responding differently.

For some people this involves working through trauma, anxiety or burnout. For others it involves understanding why change feels difficult even when the goals are clear. In both cases, the aim is to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Areas of Focus

Professional Approach

Therapy is grounded in evidence-based psychological approaches and tailored to the individual needs, experiences and goals of each person. The work draws on established psychological understanding of trauma, anxiety, burnout, emotional wellbeing and behavioural patterns, while recognising the importance of a collaborative, thoughtful and compassionate therapeutic relationship.

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and BPS Chartered Psychologist, providing online psychological therapy for adults across the UK.
