Psychological Therapy Services
Therapy can provide space to better understand the emotional, behavioural and psychological patterns that may be affecting daily life, relationships, work and overall wellbeing. Support is offered for adults experiencing difficulties such as burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, low mood and challenges around behaviour change or coping patterns.
The therapeutic approach is evidence-based, collaborative and tailored to the individual. Sessions aim not only to reduce distress, but also to develop a deeper understanding of the factors shaping current difficulties, including the impact of stress, past experiences, coping strategies and nervous system responses over time.

How I Work
My approach combines trauma-informed therapy with practical behavioural change strategies. I draw on over 20 years of clinical experience, an MSc in Psychological Approaches to Trauma, and a background in sports science.
